The hotel contains the most important Roman remains to be found in Segovia other than the Aqueduct. The Aljibe was the largest cistern in the city, now turned into an elegant meeting lounge that boasts spectacular views of the Guadarrama mountain range.

From the N110:
- Follow any signs to Plaza Mayor de Segovia.
- At Plaza Mayor, there is an intercom to contact the hotel and get into the Plaza Mayor; it is a pedestrian street into which the hotel's guests and residents are allowed access.
- Once inside Plaza Mayor, go to the loading area opposite the Banesto Bank to park your car.
- From there, the hotel is 10 metres away by foot in the street Isabel La Católica 8, or well-known in Segovia as Calle Real.
- At reception, our staff will inform you of the authorised parking areas near the hotel.
