The hotel has a fantastic outdoor themed swimming pool with water slides, jets and a jacuzzi (for over 16s only). The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and sunbathing area lined with lush green palm trees. The hotel also has an indoor heated swimming pool, which is open between 16 September and 15 June.
Club Delfin is a daily activity and entertainment programme for children aged between 4 and 12 years, and there is a separate Teen Club for children aged 12-18 years. These clubs operate at weekends and throughout the summer, from 1 June to 30 September. Please note that Club Delfin is not a day-care centre.
Guests can also take advantage of the excellent spa facilities of the Acquaplaya health and beauty centre. The centre has a water-jet circuit and also offers a variety of relaxing and therapeutic treatments and exclusive services, such as facial treatments, massage sessions, hydromassage, wine therapy, total body massage, chocolate therapy, local massage, manicures, pedicures, makeovers and much more. Under 18s are not allowed in the Acquaplayer Spa, except during special family hours (10:00 to 11:30). By Car:
-Take the motorway towards Cádiz.
-Exit 78, 'Jerez Norte, Arcos, Circuito de Velocidad, Aeropuerot'. Then take the motorway A-480 towards Rota.
-Take exit 22 Rota. Pass Rota and follow directions towards Chipiona in the A-491.
-Continue for approximately 11.5 km and you will find a detour towards Costa Ballena.
-Take the detour and continue until you find the main avenue Juan Carlos I, at the end of the avenue continue straight ahead and next to the beach on the left hand side you will find the hotel.

By Train: You can take a train to El Puerto of Santa Maria and from there you can take a taxi or public transport.
