CANCELLATION POLICY: If the booking is cancelled more than 2 days before the day of arrival, no charge applies. If the booking is cancelled from 2 days before the day of arrival on, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay. In case of no-show, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay."

The number of days is always calculated based upon GMT time zone (Greenwich Mean Time). Furthermore, 6:00 pm GMT is the hour which determines the end of a day. Example: On January 10th, you can cancel your reservation for January 12th without any charges, if you cancel it yourself through this website prior to 6:00 pm GMT at the latest.


CHILD POLICY: Minotel offers free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old when sharing a room with 2 adults; other meals are to be paid at the hotel directly. In such a case, the client shall book a double or twin room and add a comment in the "comment box" for an extra bed for a child under 12, and not book a triple room. Two children under 12 traveling with adults (no matter if the adults are staying in a single, double or triple room) will be accommodated in a twin room and pay the price of a double room for single occupancy.
